Samuel Beebe is a composer, sound designer, and performer whose work explores the dramatic and storytelling possibilities of music and sound through collaborations with diverse artists that produce interdisciplinary projects and performances.

He received a 2026 Creative Capital Award as well as a 2024 Live Arts Boston award to develop [Project Creatine], a new operatic work created with Lex Brown to be performed by operatic tenor / drag performer Jordan Weatherston Pitts (Creatine Price) and pianist Danny Zelibor. The work will be presented at the Institute for Contemporary Art in Boston on June 12, 2026.

He holds a Ph.D in Music Composition from Stony Brook University. His work spans the genres of theater, opera, film, concert, and popular music, mixing classical training, experimental electronic music, and his electric guitar-playing roots.
